We collect your name, business name, email, phone number and anything you write in a form or email.
3. When you call us
Our AI receptionist answers some calls. We keep your phone number, the details you give, and a recording and transcript of the call so we can follow up. The receptionist tells you it is an AI at the start of the call.
4. When you use this website
Google Analytics collects usage data such as pages visited, device, approximate location and how you arrived. It uses cookies. We don’t use it to identify you.
5. When you become a client
We collect the contact and billing details we need to do the work and invoice you.
6. How we use it
To reply to you, provide and improve our services, send invoices and meet our legal obligations.
7. What we don’t do
We don’t sell your information and we don’t send marketing emails unless you’ve asked for them.
8. Who we share it with
Service providers that run parts of our business, only as far as they need to: website hosting and forms (Framer), analytics (Google), email (Google Workspace), phone and AI call handling (Telnyx and Retell AI), and accounting (Xero).
9. Data stored outside Australia
Some of these providers store data outside Australia, mainly in the United States. We choose providers with strong security practices.
10. How we protect it
Access is limited to the people who need it. Accounts use strong passwords and two-factor authentication. We delete enquiry details we no longer need.
11. Your choices
You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it.
12. Cookies
Google Analytics uses cookies. You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings.
